Pickle Envy is owned and operated by best friends and long-time life partners Mae and Libby. Our mission is to provide Austin with the tastiest, funkiest, crunchiest pickles possible! We ferment our pickles and other vegetables using old world techniques. We source local, seasonal produce from small Central Texas farms, and let microbes do the work of turning cucumbers and other veggies into lip-smacking, thirst-quenching probiotic pickles.
