Kruger's Diamond Jewelers has been on the corner of Congress Avenue and 8th Street in Downtown Austin since 1939, and isn't planning on goin' anywhere! Even earlier, in 1906, an immigrant watchmaker named Sam Kruger opened a small jewelry store in north Texas founded on an unwavering commitment to customer service. Over one hundred years and four generations of Krugers later, Kruger’s Jewelers is still serving Texans. Current owner David Kruger, his daughter Rachel, and the rest of Kruger's Jewelrs' hold to a philosophy that really works: they put ourselves in their customers’ shoes. Kruger’s specializes in bridal jewelry because they absolutely love helping couples find the perfect symbols of their love. Their staff spends a the time providing customers with detailed information about diamonds and settings and shares the ethos that everyone who walks in the door is a good customer, whether money changes hands or not.
