After apprenticing with skilled nut roasters overseas, Doron brought his vision to Austin and opened the first austiNuts retail store in 1993, complete with custom-built traditional dry-roasting ovens. Austinites quickly fell in love with the bold flavors, fresh crunch, and welcoming atmosphere. As demand grew, so did we. In 2003, austiNuts expanded into wholesale production, supplying retailers across Texas from our manufacturing facility. While we closed our original retail storefront in 2020, our focus on quality never changed. Today, austiNuts operates online, shipping fresh, dry-roasted nuts, mixes, and gifts to customers across the United States. From classic nuts and seeds to trail mixes, candies, and Texas-inspired gifts, everything we offer is made with the same commitment to freshness and flavor that started it all.
